Using the patches

Apply one patch to clean, dry, hairless skin. The inner forearm, shoulder or hip work well. Press firmly for ten seconds. Wear it for up to eight hours, then remove and discard. Apply a fresh patch the next day and rotate the placement.

Eight hours is the wear window the formulation is dosed for. The patch releases its actives steadily across that period rather than all at once. Wearing one longer does not deliver more; remove it at eight hours and let the skin rest.

Yes. The formulations are built to be layered, which is why the monthly plan is three of them. Apply each patch to a different spot so they are not overlapping, and keep to the same eight hour window. Start with one for the first few days if you are new to patches, then add the others once you know how your skin reacts. If anything feels irritated, take them off.

All five wear for about eight hours, so most people pick a window that suits the job. NAD+ and GLP-1 Support tend to suit the morning, going on with breakfast and coming off in the evening. Berberine suits the part of the day you eat most. Menopause and Collagen suit bedtime, on before you sleep and off when you wake. None of this is a rule. The patch releases steadily across the wear window either way, so the best time is the one you will actually remember.

Try one patch for a shorter stretch first, three or four hours, on the inner forearm. Move the patch to a new spot each day rather than reusing the same patch of skin. Peel slowly, from one edge, rather than pulling it straight off. If you get redness that does not settle within a few hours, stop and speak to a healthcare professional.

Clean, dry, hairless skin is most of it. Skip lotion, oil and sunscreen on that spot, dry off properly after a shower, and press the patch down firmly for ten seconds so it warms to your skin. The inner forearm, upper arm, shoulder and hip all hold well. Somewhere clothing rubs constantly, or a crease that folds all day, will not.

These patches are for adults 18 and over. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new wellness routine, and especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. The GLP-1 Support, Berberine and Menopause formulations carry additional cautions listed on each product page.

The formulations

No. PATCHED. patches are dietary supplements, not medications.

Yes to both. No animal-derived ingredients, and no animal testing at any stage. The top layer of the patch is biodegradable, and the pouch is recyclable where your municipality accepts the material.

That depends on the formulation and on you, and we would rather say so than promise a number. Wellness support is cumulative: most people give a formulation a full month, which is one pack, before deciding whether it belongs in their routine. A patch is support alongside sleep, food and movement, not a substitute for them.

Usually, but check the totals. If you already take a supplement containing the same ingredient, the patch adds to it rather than replacing it. Bring the ingredient panel from the product page to a pharmacist or your doctor if you are stacking several things, take prescription medication, or are managing a health condition.

The patches are manufactured overseas by an established specialist producer, then brought into Canada. It is a long-standing facility that holds a range of internationally recognised quality and safety certifications. Every pouch carries its own lot number with manufacture and expiry dates, so any pack can be traced back to the batch it came from. The patches are vegan and cruelty-free, and the top layer is biodegradable.
